It is time for workplace change! No longer should we be expected to endure harassment and bullying “as a part of the job” or the “cost of doing business”.  Or my personal favorite heard repeatedly – “that’s just how it is, just move on.”   Those coming behind us who will stand on our shoulders – deserve better.
