Workplace obstacles occur daily.

Definition:     Obstacle

a thing that blocks one’s way or prevents or hinders progress.

Can we foresee and plan for some of these challenges?  If you have been on a particular job, or position for any length of time, can you anticipate potential issues?

Definition:   Illusion

a thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses.

Can you look to the historical data or feedback from your clients, vendors, products , etc and determine areas of possible need?  Can we make plans to address proactively? Can we measure, review and adjust?
