3 Things That Made My Working Life Awesome
THE LIGHTBULB MOMENT
- Providing concierge training class (one-on-one) with an frustrated, “too busy to attend class” executive. After 3 days of training, seeing the “light bulb” moment when he “got it” and acknowledge it had been a valuable session and his entire team needed to attend. What a rush!
- “That’s exactly what I wanted!” Hearing those words from your new manager. Awesome.
ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS
- “… We have been trying to get access to that since (insert timeline)”! Because you asked the right questions, and you listened, you were able to work with the right people to get the job done. Mission accomplished and you gained new credibility within the team.
- Recommending a peer for a professional development / skills training project for 5,000+ attendees and they were selected as a vendor provider!
