One of the ways to stand out in today’s working environment is to be courteous.  Common courtesy takes very  little time but makes a consistent and positive impact in our daily work environments.

  • Say “please” when making a request of a coworker.
  • State a heartfelt “thank you”  or send a short, thank you via email to a team member.  It will not only positively impact their day – but yours also.
  • Gain a reputation for being that “exceptional” and courteous person that everyone respects.
  • Be the example  – no matter your role or level of responsibility.
