In the workplace it might appear that sometimes the actual work and deeds do not matter.

Accomplishments, measurements and metrics reviewed, and business goals can get lost in the politics of within the office.

Much like in high school, the internal popularity of the chosen members of “the mean girls club”  at the office can overshadow actionable deeds and the efforts of those who actuality accomplish the work of the business.

Frustrated grows.

Teams suffer.

Creative thoughts and solutions go unheard.

Clients and customers have alternatives.
